Having served at leading law firms such as Shin & Kim, he executed extensive legal due diligence and corporate M&A transactions. Subsequently, he founded multiple cross-border advisory firms—including CIC Partners and Espee Lancee—facilitating strategic European capital investments and driving high-level channel developments for Korean corporations expanding into Europe.

Beyond corporate finance, Taehyeok possesses a profound understanding of macroeconomic regulatory frameworks. He has served as a Legislative Aide at the National Assembly of Korea and as a Legal Advisor for KOICA. Expanding his scope to critical infrastructure, he currently leads EMCC, providing specialized consulting in the energy, resources, and defense sectors, including advisory services for ROK-US nuclear industry cooperation.

Holding a Juris Doctor from Seoul National University and having completed legal studies at Tsinghua University and Renmin University of China, he brings extensive geopolitical insight to his practice.
