Cybercriminals and malicious actors may attempt to misappropriate the DSML Holdings brand, logos, or the identities of our personnel to conduct fraudulent schemes. These tactics often involve false pretenses designed to obtain confidential personal information, financial data, or illicit payments.

Below is an official notice regarding the recognition and prevention of unauthorized schemes claiming affiliation with DSML Holdings.

Common Fraudulent Schemes

​

• Phishing & Vishing: Cybercriminals may use forged emails, SMS texts, or telephone calls claiming to represent DSML Holdings, requesting sensitive information (e.g., passwords, bank details, identification numbers) or claiming an urgent financial issue.

• Investment Solicitations: Scammers may offer fictitious "high-yield" investments, retail fund products, or digital assets under the DSML name. DSML Holdings and its Singapore VCC sub-funds do not solicit retail investors, nor do we offer direct investment products to the general public via email or social media.

• Employment Scams: Fraudulent actors may pose as DSML recruiters on social media or messaging apps, offering fake employment opportunities and requesting upfront fees or personal data.

• Wire Transfer/Payment Fraud: Scammers may present urgent and false narratives requiring immediate wire transfers, cryptocurrency deposits, or changes to payment instructions.

 

Security Protocols and Authorized Channels

To protect yourself and your organization, adhere to the following protocols:

• Verify Official Domains: The only authorized corporate website and email domain for our operations is dsmlholdings.com. Official communications will never originate from public email providers (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) or unauthorized variations of our domain name.

• No Retail Payment Requests: DSML Holdings, our operating entities, and our personnel will never request wire transfers, cryptocurrency transactions, or the payment of fees over the phone, via text message, or through social media platforms.

• Secure Logins: Access to DSML Virtual Data Rooms (VDR) is restricted to authorized institutional clients. DSML will never contact you to request your password or secure login credentials.

• Hiring Practices: DSML Holdings does not conduct interviews via text message or social media platforms, and we never request payment in connection with the hiring or onboarding process.

How to Report Fraudulent Activity If you suspect that you have been targeted by a fraudulent scheme misusing the DSML Holdings name, terminate all communication with the suspicious party immediately.
